- Two tablespoons (25 grams) unsalted butter, room temperature
- Half teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- One and Half cups (185 grams) confectioners (powdered or icing) sugar, sifted
- Four ounces (125 grams) cream cheese, room temperature
For Top Garnishing :
- Half cup of walnuts or almonds

Stepwise Baking of Cupcake:
- Preheat the oven at 350 degree F.
- In a large bowl take flour, baking soda, baking powder, ground spices and salt and mixed them.
- In another bowl, beat the butter and sugar by using hand mixer until it being light and fluffy.
- Add the eggs and beat them well.
- Put the wet mixer into dry ingredients and mixed them until they will combine.
- By using spoons, fill the cupcake papers with batter and put them into oven for baking and bake them until they pass the toothpick test.
Steps for Cream Cheese:
- In a bowl, take butter and cheese and mixed them by using hand mixer until they become smooth.
- Add sugar and vanilla extracts in the batter and mixed them two to three minutes
- Transfer this ready batter (butter Cheese) in a pipping bag
Finalizing:
