  • Three sticks unsalted butter.
  • One and half Lb sugar.
  • Sixteen oz cream cheese.
  • One teaspoon vanilla extracts.
  • One pinch salt.

  • Preheat your baking oven  350 to 360 degrees F. Place cupcake paper in pan.
  • In a large bowl place all dry ingredients (flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda and salt) all together.
  • Cut butter into small pieces and add, mix it completely with dry substance.
  • In another bowl mix other substance like eggs, buttermilk, vanilla extracts and food color.
  • Slowly add wet substance to dry substance and mixed it slowly and mixed them until every thing combine.
  • Distribute the batter into cupcake paper.
  • Bake at 350 to 360 degree F, 15 to 20 minutes.

For Cream Cheese Frosting:

  • Take a bowl and put melted butter in it.
  • Add cream cheese into the melted butter.
  • Add vanilla extracts and salt in the batter.
  • Put cup of sugar at a time and mixed them until everything completely combined 
  • Transfer cream cheese to a pipping bag and put it on the cupcakes.
