What Gamers Need to Know About World of Warcraft Classic

Here are some of the things that every gamer needs to know about World of Warcraft Classic

Many gamers think that World of Warcraft is just about farming WoW Classic Gold and WoW Classic bags, but it’s more than that. Check out the reasons why now.

Whether a player is just thinking about whether or not to play the game, it doesn’t hurt to at least get to know more about what they’re getting into themselves first. At first glance, World of Warcraft Classic looks as hardcore as they go. It is a rehash of the old World of Warcraft that many kids used to play in the early 2000s, after all. And they’re right. Classic is truly hardcore right until the end.

At least, when compared to the Vanilla version of World of Warcraft. Players will have to “work” hard to be able to get even a few WoW Classic gold or WoW Classic bags to carry their inventory with them, but they should not let that fool them. Classic isn’t just about farming and grinding; just like any other game, there’s fun to be had here. So long as gamers are well-equipped with knowledge, then they can learn to have fun with World of Warcraft Classic.

It Won’t Be Easy

This won’t come as a surprise to many, but it had to be said. World of Warcraft Classic won’t exactly be an easy game to play, so for those out there who think they can do whatever they like in the game, they’re gravely mistaken. It’s very easy to die in Classic, much like in old-school games back in the day. Imagine losing all of the hard-earned WoW Classic gold and even the WoW Classic bags that one has farmed up because of the swarm of monsters that came out of nowhere.

More often than not, players will encounter other players that are on the server running away from these mobs–this means that they’re not fighting them, they’re running away from them because their health is getting dangerously low. If new-time players can’t commit to the game, then they ought to expect that it’ll take a long and excruciating time to get to the endgame part of World of Warcraft Classic.

There Will Always Be Fresh Content

What good is an online game if it doesn’t have new content now and then to keep everything fresh? If an online game no longer provides updates and patches, then that means that it’s dead. Luckily for gamers, World of Warcraft Classic is always brimming with new content that they can sink their teeth into. There’s always something to do in Classic, which is great for a game that seemingly has no end despite having an “endgame”. Just recently, Blizzard has announced the release of The Burning Crusade, the first expansion for Classic.

The expansion calls for the introduction of additional playable classes such as blood elves and an increase of the level cap. Of course, this also includes more dungeons, quests, and zones to explore as well as new items to tinker around with. Even after the release of The Burning Crusade, no doubt that there’s still a lot of content lined up for World of Warcraft Classic. With the way things are going, Classic is very much here to stay for years to come.

Its Players Can Be Hardcore

Much like the game itself, the players of World of Warcraft themselves are pretty hardcore as well. Just recently, there was a player by the name of “Stadics” who has just attempted arguably the most difficult run of World of Warcraft Classic. So what did he do? Well, to put it lightly, he has just succeeded in solo leveling from level 1 up to 60 without taking any damage. Zero.

The player base in Classic isn’t new to these types of things since there are always community challenges that are being introduced. One of the perhaps the most well-known is where if a player dies, then their character also “dies”. This means that they’ll be back to square one by creating a new character. That doesn’t mean that they don’t take well to newbies though. Many of them are downright helpful when it comes to teaching the newer players the know-hows.

Wrapping Up

It’s easy to take a look at World of Warcraft Classic and just think it’s a WoW Classic gold and WoW Classic bags farming galore, but in reality, the MMO is so much more than that. Not gonna lie, the game itself is pretty hardcore though, so it’s not exactly for everyone under the sun.

Understandably, it’s not everyone’s cup of tea, but for those who are up for the challenge, these reminders will serve useful when the time comes for them to boot up Classic.
